Making the most of your appointment

As our patient, when you visit Dr. Arun Kumar, you can expect a deep sense of commitment to you and your well-being.

Please review the below instructions specifically designed to help us deliver the finest care to all our patients.

Working Hours

Patients are seen by appointment from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday based on the availability of the doctor. Some times you may experience unavoidable delays in meeting the doctor due to surgeries or unexpected emergencies. We will inform you if there is a delay. However, if you feel like you have been waiting too long, please inform the front desk receptionist. Every effort will be made to accommodate you should you need to reschedule your appointment.

Please bring the below items at the time of your appointment if you have been evaluated earlier:

X-rays, Test Results & Medications

For a complete review of your condition and the most prompt treatment, always bring x-rays, CT and MRI scans and their reports along with test results, and medications prescribed to you earlier whenever you have scheduled an appointment. Please note that we need you to bring original (hard copy) films or a CD that contains the images to your appointment.

Emergencies

If any urgent problems arise, we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When the office is closed, call xxx to reach the doctor.

Cancellation of your appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We appreciate your consideration.

Prescriptions

During your appointment, you may discuss the prescription with your doctor to ensure safe administration of the medication
